EB was project designer/architect for this 1800sf restaurant in Portland's trendy Pearl District. It is a simple building of concrete and glass but this building moves, literally. Located on the south facade of the building are 3 large pivoting glass windows/doors that crank open to the adjacent outdoor plaza.
